The secret to our range of handmade soft honey nougat is simple.  We take Gilly’s homemade nougat recipes, select the finest quality natural ingredients like roasted nuts and honey and bring them together using lots of time and care – No  gelatine, no preservatives, no artificial colours, no large nougat making machines and no short-cuts……. Just good honest wholesome food made the old fashioned way with lots of time and loving care.

Walters Nougat is now available in the UK, which means you can get your favourite Nougat throughout the UK and British Isles.
