We all know how to roast marshmallows on a fire, now try a Wedgewood bon-bon! The mixture of roasted nuts, crisp layer of caramelised nougat with a soft warm centre will have you coming back for more.
It is said that neccessity is the mother of all inventions, well this little tip was born out of sheer desperation! Whilest sitting around the fire at Aunt Jenny's beach cottage, my 5 year old son, Tom-Tom, discovered that I had forgotten the marshmallows..... Now we all know what fun it is roasting marshmallows around the fire and I was not about to ruin a perfectly good weekend. Good thing we had packed a box of macadamia bon bons! |
