The secret to our range of handmade soft honey nougat is simple. We take Gilly’s homemade recipes, select the finest quality natural ingredients and bring them together using lots of time and care. No gelatine, no preservatives, no artificial colours, no large nougat making machines, no short-cuts……. Just good honest wholesome food the old fashioned way. Don’t forget about our Angels Nougat Biscuits! Another one of Gilly’s recipes and, as far as we know, the first of its kind. We can assure you that the crisp nougat chunks baked into a premium shortbread biscuit using real butter is absolutely heavenly! |
